Check-in on the web from your home or office any time 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We’ll call you with questions and to let you know when to come in.

2.    Fill out the online form.
3.    We’ll call you 20 minutes before your scheduled time.

When registering after hours, you’ll be seen by our medical professionals the next day. You’ll be called during normal business hours.
